Pay & Benefits
- $20.00 – $25.00/hr (based on experience)
- Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours

What You’ll Do
- Perform surface grinding setups (manual grinding, fixturing, blocks)
- Execute precision machining of tool steel components
- Read blueprints and machine to tight tolerances
- Inspect parts to meet quality standards
- Work across machining and surface grinding operations
What You Need
- Experience in machining (manual or CNC)
- Hands-on surface grinding experience preferred
- Background in tool steel machining strongly preferred
- Blueprint reading skills
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Tool steel and Surface Grinding experience.
Schedule
- Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- 45–50 hours/week (OT Required)
- Occasional Saturdays
